The Viennese have had enough – and the tourists are just shaking their heads: In weeks of peace, solidarity and reflection, aggressive protesters are shouting their brutally inflammatory slogans in front of the most important symbol of our faith, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, but Also on other squares in the center of Israel’s city, against Jewish fellow citizens, against the West – including us Europeans.
Police officers, who should feel pity for the protesters’ intense hatred, are always right next to these demonstrations. They have the mandate of the “rights” to allow all this: demanding the destruction of the State of Israel is “freedom of speech in practice” – knowing full well that this would not be possible without the murder of millions of residents in it. It has been said that the implementation of the “river to sea” desires shouted with hatred would not be possible without the mass murder of women, children and senior citizens in Israel.
Austrians now experience these hate demonstrations almost every day, and only a few politicians from the ÖVP and FPÖ have dared to speak out against it: The votes of natural Islamists will also count as valid votes in the 2024 National Council election.
Everything would be relatively simple, one eXXpress reader said in a recent comment: “Why can’t the Vienna State Police Department, together with the Vienna city government, order a restriction zone around our churches at an increased terrorist alert level ? Simple rules: No demonstration is allowed within 100 meters of any place of worship from November 15 to January 6. There will still be ample space for demos for aggressive fans of Hamas and other terrorist groups – just not in the city center.
This will ensure peace at Christmas: after years of living with Corona, after worrying about the consequences of the war in Ukraine, after massive cash-outs by energy companies and the harshest economic burden caused by skyrocketing food prices, Austrians really deserve a nice, quiet Christmas time.
Will there be politicians who will support this desire?
