The Christmas market on the Town Hall square – one of the largest markets in Europe – attracts visitors with its Christmas tree, BusseyPlatz and Ferris wheel until 26 December. The associated Eastrum is open until January 7th.
From today until December 26, StephansPlatz will also be transformed into a magical Christmas village. The winter market in the Museumsquartier offers a “Winter of Love” light projection, live DJs and a curling rink until December 23.
The Am Hof Christmas market also opens its doors in the city center today (until 23 December). Outside the city centre, the Christmas village on the campus of the University of Vienna at the Old General Hospital attracts visitors.
