Fico Party Direction – Following the electoral victory of the Slovak Social Democracy, the new Slovak government rejected the arms package. During the election campaign for the parliamentary elections on 30 September, Fico repeatedly announced that he would continue to support Ukraine, but only with civilian goods, not weapons.
