Mining minerals to implement electrification of the world in the name of climate religion leaves a global trail of destruction. Millions of people now live in toxic environments. All this for “net zero”. What’s worse is that this is just the beginning. Because the goals of globalists require many of these materials.
In recent years, more and more investment has been made around the world in the mining of minerals, which are essential to implement the transition from fossil to renewable energies. The increasing electrification of transportation requires larger and more powerful batteries, however, which requires large quantities of certain metals. However, this new overexploitation of nature is also creating huge environmental problems.
According to a recent report citing a study from the University of Lincoln in Great Britain, all that “green” mining has already exposed more than 23 million people and about 6 million livestock to toxic waste, draining nearly 480,000 kilometers of rivers. And 164,000 square kilometers have been polluted. Agricultural land was destroyed. To produce all the necessary high-tech electronics, solar cells, wind turbines and batteries for the electric vehicles that will dominate the new “decarbonized” world.
But we are just at the beginning of this development. Only a fraction of all vehicles in the world are electric and fossil fuels (including especially coal) still play a major role in electricity generation. If this has to change soon – as global elites want – current production of critical minerals is not enough. Mining activities will have to expand significantly in the future to be able to meet the increasing demand. However, it also brings with it other areas that have become poisoned and unusable for agricultural use over the centuries.
