Probably no other new entrant in Austria’s competitive media market has succeeded so quickly in doubling readership and bringing the number of unique users to more than one million.
For comparison: competitors that have been in the online media market for decades, such as diepresse.com, had 1.2 million unique users last August, or Standard had 3,083,406 unique users after more than 20 years of web presence. oe24.at had 2,337,199 unique users last month, meine.at had 3,557,365 and krone.at had 3,769,333 unique users (a slight decrease compared to August 2022).
eXXpress uses this massive success as an incentive for even greater timeliness, even more exclusive stories and an even greater presence on Facebook, Twitter, Telegram and Instagram.
