Today in the new eXXpresso briefing: Federal Chancellor Karl Nehmer (ÖVP) has spoken on foreign policy – and is now calling for an end to EU accession talks with Turkey. He is in favor of further rapprochement between Ankara and Brussels, but we cannot imagine full EU membership for Turkey (“Stop it: Nehmer wants to end EU accession talks with Turkey” ).
