Turkish Airlines is buying more long-haul jets from European manufacturer Airbus. The state airline has ordered ten more A350-900 planes, the world’s largest plane maker announced in Toulouse on Wednesday. Turkish Airlines already has 14 aircraft in the series and ordered four more in August. This means that the company now has 26 copies left.
The A350-900 has a range of up to 18,000 kilometers and a flight duration of up to 20 hours. With a typical division into three seating categories, it can seat 300 to 350 passengers.
