If we look at the number of bad news, we will probably be on top. Every day there are new effects on the price front. Energy, rent, food – these are barely affordable for some people. And now one of our favorite hobbies is becoming even more of a luxury. Of course, day ski pass prices also adapt to general growth. They will increase by about 8.6 percent this year – the same as rents.
It already officially applies in Styria, where new prices were announced on Wednesday. Accordingly, the price for early booking of a one-day ski pass at Planai & Co will be 63 euros. However, those who decide at the last minute have to pay up to 73.50 euros in high season. In low season fares range between 58.50 and 69 euros.
This means an increase of 5 to 5.50 euros per person per day.
The day ticket in Kreisberg is also five euros more expensive, but the price is slightly lower. Its price should be 62 euros this year and 56 euros in the off-season. Lachtal will charge 56 euros in high season and 49.50 in low and low season.
One target achieved: at 8.6 percent, growth remains below the ten percent barrier. This increase is justified by increased personnel and energy costs.
