It’s done and it can’t be undone. The well-connected left-wing media public, mostly friends of ORF, Profile, Falter and Derstandard, will exploit this with great interest and repeat it over and over again throughout the lives of those affected. Because repetition is a powerful weapon, whether the content is true or not. How did this incident happen, what consequences can be expected – and what legal aspects are involved?
A comment from Florian Machal
At an event near Graz last Saturday (reports 24), the “Gottseibunes” controlled the left-wing media public. The man is certainly not a blank slate, his name automatically pops up when the media of the leftist system reports on neo-Nazis. He spent a major part of his life in jail. Among other things, he prepared the people for an armed struggle against the system, and in his statements he denied industrial mass murder, the crimes of the National Socialists.
Ideological persecution is inevitable till the end of life
He has been convicted and jailed several times under the existing law and has served his sentence. Since his release, he has been trying to re-establish a foothold in society. He deserves it just like any other ex-convict. The Austrian media are still following him – illegally, revealing his full name – and are probably planning to hold his past against him until his death. It is forbidden by law, but nobody cares:
Any person who, in a manner intelligible to a third party, accuses another of a criminal offense for which punishment has already been imposed or even if only partially remitted or remitted, or for which The pronouncement of the sentence has been temporarily postponed, is punishable with imprisonment of up to three months or a fine of up to 180 daily rates.
§ 113 StGB
That’s one thing. The second thing is that every other person in Austria should be free to choose who he or she associates with. It also includes complete information about who you are dealing with. To invite people to an event where the mentioned gentleman is suddenly present on stage as a moderator is an incomprehensible act. No one is bound to know this gentleman, neither by name nor by sight. He is primarily known for a group of agitators who call themselves “antifa” and who maintain their existence through denunciations and sometimes through acts of violence. These people consider themselves anti-fascists, even though they use deeply fascist methods. The rule of law tolerates this and thus creates a dangerous imbalance.
No One Is Obliged To Know Former Neo-Nazis
The left-wing media public has denounced thousands of Austrians as Nazis since the named gentleman took part in rallies in Vienna and Steyr. There too, no one was bound to know him, not even the organizer or the manager. As long as he behaved like any other peaceful and reasonable person – non-violently, without bullying or attracting attention in any other way – there was no reason to ban him from such an event. Whether the leftist hunting and hating society likes it or not, this man also has full human, fundamental and civil rights. To deny him this is criminal and fascist.
decency stands out
However, there is a vast difference in whether a person participates in or leads an event in such a way that everyone can see it. Whoever let someone with this past onto the forum as a moderator had a huge responsibility towards all participants and visitors – and he didn’t take it seriously, as there was no invitation or introduction to the site. The idea came from a slip of tongue from another participant at the end of the program, who apparently had full knowledge.
And the person himself has a great responsibility – and he has not taken it seriously. Because if you want to play with your eyes open and rehabilitate yourself, fight for your place in society as a law-abiding citizen, then standing at the beginning and introducing yourself by your full name is the minimum decency. Is. This clearly has not happened. It is alleged that the site operator was also cheated and information was not given. To what extent this is believable or goes hand in hand with great intelligence, to an unknown moderator who suddenly stands up there and introduces himself as a professional moderator, is another matter.
Intentional deception instead of informed consent
If such person is not announced and introduced, the intention shall be presumed. Participants and visitors are held hostage and are not given free choice about their presence under these circumstances. If he had been honest with the people, maybe everyone would have stopped. Some may have preferred to go back. It is their right and their free choice. If the organizers or those responsible for the issue consider themselves to be part of the resistance, they also need to be aware of the concept of “informed consent”. This is what the Corona Resistance emphasizes with regard to the Nuremberg Code, which requires full information from test subjects and patients before giving their consent to medical treatment. Whoever says A must also say B, no exceptions here.
Freedom also means freedom of choice
In 2021, Report24 refused to interview someone in the studio who is very close to the named person and works with him regularly. It was our free decision. These people’s fan communities then spent weeks and months insulting us in crude and primitive ways. This behavior showed us that we were right in our decision not to have anything to do with this group of people. Who are these people who want to force others to associate with someone? What is the place of such people in the freedom movement?
The rights of all parties involved must be protected
We want everyone to get their rights. But with whom we appear in public and with whom we spend our time depends on us. This right should be given to everyone, regardless of how one feels about them. Cheating them and showing them off is, to put it politely, dishonest. Less politely, one could say that the negative consequences were accepted with approval – or even a trap deliberately set up to inflict maximum damage. Which of these is true, we may never know. However, successful and reliable rehabilitation looks very different. And the rights of the ex-offender certainly do not take precedence over the rights of anyone else present.
This trap was also laid for Bhakri
The assumption that a trap was set here and successfully stopped is not entirely unfounded. Recall the flimsy reasons why the great Professor Bhakari had to answer to a German court for hate speech (!). a trap was laid for him too With suggestive tricky questions, a filmmaker extracts problematic statements from him, which the politically inexperienced and blue-eyed professor unfortunately makes. As Report24 details the first hearing, an appeal hearing in the second case will take place next year in Kiel.
“Nazi clubs” are a popular method used by the system to expose and discredit dissidents to the public. This method was developed in the GDR and was used for decades. The same groups of people who were active in this inhuman dictatorship then are criminals even today. Therefore, the idea is clear that such things do not just happen, but are deliberately controlled by the secret services.
Eternal contact debt by leftist media mob
Now anyone who came into contact with the “contact loan” in this program, which the leftist media will now happily exploit, will have to live with it. Livelihoods can be destroyed, jobs can be lost. Our sad, undemocratic present knows no fun, no fairness and no justice when it comes to “ideological crimes”. Those responsible for the events in Styria can certainly go back inside and consider whether this was the right way to do a “friendly service” to someone they clearly want to see rehabilitated. at what cost?
