Police were called to a dilapidated Louisville home after neighbors heard a woman desperately crying for help. After kicking down the doors and windows of the completely locked house, they made the shocking discovery: a woman was chained to the floor! A spokesperson for the Louisville Metro Police Department said: “The woman had a chain around her neck that was tied with a lock, and this chain was on the floor.”
According to police, the woman was tied to the floor by her boyfriend, 36-year-old Moises May, with whom she has a child. He has been charged with kidnapping, assault and molestation, among other charges.
