According to the police, the car driver (64) who was coming from the opposite direction had no chance to prevent the accident. Shortly afterwards, a motorcyclist in the group following them collapsed due to vehicle parts lying around, he was taken to UKH Linz with a rescue helicopter. The driver also had to be taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, any help for the fallen bike riders came too late.
