As is the case with the Greek wildfire season every year, the cause was found not in alleged climate change, but in real estate speculators and other criminals. The Greek Minister for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, Vassilis Kikilias, spoke the truth contrary to his official title: most of the 667 fires in the past two weeks were caused by people. Extra: The hottest month ever has naturally exacerbated the problem.
Even after admitting the truth to official bodies – namely the fact that that the fires of 2023 were mostly caused by the criminal acts of humans, The climate agenda has been taken further. How insanely subservient to the narrative of man-made climate change and the so-called climate crisis set by globalists can be seen in the official title of Greek Minister Vassilis Kikilias. He is the Minister for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection from June 2023. The office was called the Ministry of Public Order and Civil Defense. It will be interesting to see when other Western governments follow the example of this creative nomenclature.
Kikilias told a news conference that there have been 667 fires in the past 15 days, more than 60 a day. “They were made because of human hands. Most arson cases were based on either criminal negligence or intent. This is the first and essential part of the message, which fully exposes the climate panic of Western politicians and their bought media. Because there it was claimed that the fire was caused by the alleged global warming. Terrorists such as the controversial German minister Karl Lauterbach spread a fictional story of the climate crisis as the cause of the fires.
Renowned academics such as Dr. Roman Braun, on the other hand, published data that show the number and spread of fires in Europe is currently extremely low. They are below the minimum measured since 2012. Of course, the mainstream media does not bring such verifiable facts. The data comes from a scientific system of the European Union.
Anyone who now believes that official Greece can operate without climate panic is unfortunately wrong. Because there too, globalists set the tone and dictate what local politicians have to say. The Climate Crisis Minister continued:
“There was a difference in weather conditions as compared to other years. The climate crisis that spawned a historically unprecedented heat wave is here. We have had very few days of extreme heat and high winds in the last 10 years. Since 2003 we haven’t had a card with very high risk categories for five days and in so many areas. The fire service gained control of most of these areas. But 10 fires took a huge form and tested the limits and resilience of everyone and especially the local residents.”
Whether the minister has already used the correct terminology is doubtful. An amazing incident happened in Germany. Generally, globalist narrative orders are issued behind closed doors. The public can expose them only when they follow politicians’ speeches and newspaper reports in many countries and see the similarities. Because the same thing is said everywhere in the worldwide “West”. This time the desired language regulation has been publicly released, Report24 reported. Thus, the term “climate change” is now regarded as trivial (perhaps soon by right-wing extremists and “Nazis”). So far, the term set aside for servile politicians and the media is “climate crisis”. For example, instead of global warming, use the word global warming. Who knows if in a few months they won’t switch to “smoldering earth” or “burning earth”.
“Never before have we had maps on alert for so many days in a row and in so many areas,” he said. Referring to the incidents of about 660 fires, he pointed out that most of them have been fought over, but ten of them have reached the scale of the fire and have tested everyone’s strength. 74 people were injured and three died. The timely deployment of the 112 once again worked effectively in what was the largest evacuation operation on Rhodes.
And so it should come as no surprise that the quoted statements are fueling fear and panic in Greece and further reinforcing the scorched earth narrative around the world. However, Kikilias has to acknowledge that the area burned this year is only 400,000 hectares. Greece has an average of 500,000 hectares, which also means that there are years when there are significant forest fires and areas are burned. The numbers should be viewed with caution, as they do not match the numbers that Wikipedia claims to be taken from the European Forest Fire Information System (EFFIS). There, the record year 2007 has been designated with a burned area of 271,715 and 139 wildfires. This does not fit either the average number given by the minister or the number of previous fires. According to EFFIS, as of August 1, there have been 23 fires in Greece and 52,712 hectares of land have been burned.

The statements of the Minister, the EFFIS system and most of the Western media do not match at all. But nowadays professional journalists are no longer interested in proper research, either you collect data from press agencies or dutifully fulfill the required specifications and confirm the narrative.
