At around 12.40 p.m., a local (73) stopped her car on Franz-Fischer-Strasse, at HNr. 7, in Innsbruck in front of a protective path to allow pedestrians to cross. After believing, according to her own statements, that nobody wanted to cross the protective path anymore, the woman wanted to continue.
