An oil that can cure cancer
A 40-year-old recipient of emergency aid who owes “at least 400,000 euros” is said to have been involved in selling the drugs. “Not true,” said the man, who admits to growing, tending, and harvesting 30 cannabis plants. “I wanted to make an oil out of it to cure cancer and Parkinson’s.” This man also admitted to regularly buying speed from his good friend. He spent about 400 euros a month on it. The judge now wanted to know how that works out with an income of 900 euros. “Now that you say that, I can’t explain it either.”
