Remmidemmi and a lot of “Gaude”, that was the motto of this year’s festival in the east bay of Klagenfurt. After the many rainy days in May, the weather at the harbor festival showed itself from its best side. And these top conditions naturally attracted numerous visitors: “It was neither too hot nor too cold. You really noticed how ‘hungry’ people are for the festival. Finally getting out and doing something,” says Franz Huditz, Managing Director of Villa Lido. And business was also excellent, Huditz continued: “On average, we ‘shot out’ 500-600 pizzas a day, mostly the Capricciosa variety. Our top sellers beer and Aperol Spritzer went off the table just as well.”
