Too much for anti-racist observers. Someone recorded the procession from “Unsinnigen Thursday” and sent the video to the registration office for anti-racism work in Tyrol (ARA).
There they were shocked and explained that it had nothing to do with carnival. Rather, it is a “degrading and condescending attitude of the costumed towards people who are perceived differently.”
