But the advertising agency “FW Fresh Wind” from St. Pölten doesn’t understand what it’s all about: first it was booted out by the SPÖ despite joint successes for the current election campaign, then the party of state head Franz Schnabl is supposed to flake the design of the old subjects to have.
The changes to the templates from the old election campaign are minimal: instead of the national colors of blue and yellow, this time the SPÖ is only using the well-known comrade red. The rest is as usual.
Much to the displeasure of agency manager Thomas Wagner. who has no understanding for the “hostile takeover” of his ideas. He pointed out the campaign theft to the SPÖ and demanded an advance payment. But the state party gave him the cold shoulder.
Now the court has to decide: The advertising agency has brought an action for an injunction against the SPÖ, disputers 51,000 euros. If it goes through, Schnabl & Co. would have a massive problem in the final sprint of the election campaign.
