The hard foul of the lawyer Kristina Venturini on HC Strache in order to get an amicable divorce for her client as easily as possible hurts the ex-vice chancellor: large parts of the divorce brief must have been distributed to certain media, including personal allegations such as alleged “marital misconduct” by the ex-FPÖ boss or his “lack of interest and love”.
Now the current entrepreneur and ex-politician, who is almost penniless after the many processes that followed the Ibiza video scandal, comments on the publications. Strache in a letter to the eXXpress: “Our wonderful son together will of course continue to connect us.” And: “My wife has supported me for years with incredible strength and warmth, even in the most difficult situations.”
Heinz-Christian Strache (53) then becomes clear: “Although I cannot understand that details of the divorce proceedings have been published, I am still striving to settle the divorce amicably.” He will make “no further comment” on it.
As reported, Philippa Strache (35) has now officially filed for divorce at the Klosterneuburg District Court. Her divorce lawyer writes about “serious marital transgressions”: “The plaintiff’s longing for security, trust, understanding and love was in no way reciprocated by the defendant. As a result of the serious marital misconduct set out, the defendant has so irretrievably shattered the marriage through his sole fault that the restoration of a partnership cannot be expected.”
