The doctor with a practice in Seewalchen did not feel taken seriously by the authorities, despite ongoing threats from vaccination critics. But now the public prosecutor’s office in Wels, as well as those in Munich and Berlin, have become active.
The Munich public prosecutor’s office has now had the suspect’s apartment searched. The authorities confirmed this. The house search was carried out early Friday morning by the Fürstenfeldbruck criminal police inspectorate at the place of residence of the accused (59), reports the Munich public prosecutor’s office responsible for extremism. Data carriers were secured, which are now being evaluated. The accused from the district of Starnberg had shown himself to be cooperative.
The subject of the investigations are essentially the allegations of threats and re-enactment, it said in a broadcast. It is about statements by the accused on the Internet and in social media, in which he is said to have written to Kellermayr, for example, “(…) we are watching you, and we will bring such creatures before the people’s tribunals to be set up in the future!”. For the time being, the authority did not want to disclose any further details on the status of the investigation.
The public prosecutor’s office in Wels had previously discontinued its investigations into specific suspects and transferred them to Berlin and Munich. After the crime scene and the suspects are in Germany, the territorial jurisdiction was originally no longer given, explained the chief public prosecutor Christian Hubmer.
