The longest lockdowns, the toughest corona measures – the priorities set by Vienna’s “jail mayor” Michael Ludwig are “completely wrong”, says Maximilian Krauss in an interview with eXXpress editor-in-chief Richard Schmitt. “Even at 40 degrees, Ludwig has no sympathy for the Viennese and continues to let them wear masks on public transport,” criticized the club chairman.
Krauss describes the mask madness on public transport as “completely meaningless”. “People complain endlessly.” When asked whether Ludwig’s path could not also be seen as particularly nurturing, Krauss said: “If you’re an apocalyptist, maybe. However, if you look at the situation with some degree of realism, you can see that this is the wrong way, will be the wrong way and always was the wrong way”.
