As media out Uruguay unanimously to report, a judge in Montevideo has requested disclosure of a range of information about the Covid vaccines within 48 hours. The order of the administrative judge Alejandro Recarey is aimed at the government, the Ministry of Health, the state health authority and the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer itself. Among other things, detailed information on the composition of the vaccine and evidence of its safety are required.
Representatives of all authorities as well as pharmaceutical giant Pfizer are due to appear at the hearing at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, where the required information must be presented. The judge made the order in an Amparo complaint formulated to suspend child vaccinations in Uruguay.
are required according to decree following informations:
- the vaccine purchase agreements between the Uruguayan government and Pfizer and whether Clauses of civil compensation or impunity for the suppliers in case of possible side effects are included
- Information on the distribution of vaccine batches as well quality controls
- detailed information on the biochemical composition of the vaccine – including, whether graphene oxide and nanotechnology components are included
- Information on the mRNA used and Evidence of their harmlessness
- an explanation, whether the vaccine or parts of its ingredients are experimental
- detailed data showing the effectiveness and safety of vaccination, say: “the negative or positive impact of the so-called vaccination on the number of infections and deaths diagnosed with Covid since the beginning of the campaign to date”.
- detailed information on the average age of those who died with a Covid-19 diagnosis and Information on how many of these deaths were caused solely by the disease
- Information on whether studies are being conducted on the increase in death rates in Uruguay since the start of the vaccination campaign in March 2021
- Scientific evidence that unvaccinated people pose a risk
- Information on those responsible for and involved in the vaccination campaign and their connections to NGOs or (pharmaceutical) companies
- Information on the extent to which alternative therapies against Covid-19 have been investigated
The extent to which the authorities and Pfizer themselves can provide the required evidence (and whether their failure to provide it will have consequences) will be seen on Wednesday.
