The similarities to the terrible murder of Samantha F. (20) cannot be denied: Here, too, a young woman in her 20s found herself in her apartment face to face with a man she knew – and who was to become the perpetrator . The background was simple: it was supposed to be a meeting of two long-time friends, the perpetrator and the victim had known each other forever through his younger brother. She had been a school friend of the brother’s, the two had even been a couple for a short time in the past. Even after it was over, loose contact remained – they wrote to each other and met from time to time when the 29-year-old Slovakian was visiting Vienna. So also on the day of the fact.
When the two were in the young woman’s apartment, they chatted and fooled around, and alcohol was also consumed. Then the man tried to approach the young woman and kiss her – which she blocked. But that didn’t stop him – and within seconds the scorned became a perpetrator: the man began to undress the young woman and raped her – so brutally that she bled profusely – like Samantha F., who was found to have serious injuries in her abdomen and finally bled to death (the eXXpress reported). Only when the perpetrator saw the blood did he let go of his victim – who survived the attack and filed a complaint.
The accused denied the allegations before the Vienna Regional Court on Thursday. In his memory, she kissed him first – and there was no sexual activity at all. A version that clearly refuted the medical report: the perpetrator’s DNA was found on the woman’s breasts and panties – facts for which the man found no explanation.
Clear evidence for the court, as the verdict shows: 3 years in prison!
