According to Kaser, the aim of the referendum is, of course, the resignation of the federal government. He also wants to show with this referendum that how many people have had enough of the fatal government course and are demanding the resignation of those responsible. Around 150,000 people have already signed. “Of course, the more that sign, the better it is,” said Kaser. “This referendum has not been about Corona for a long time. We are long past that. The point is that the quality of the federal government is being called into question.The entrepreneur also criticizes the fact that the government accepts that the EU should now conduct EU accession negotiations with a country that is at war. He wants the political power swamps and machinations to be uncovered.
For him, the many signatures and the “green support” from Krems show that his petition for the referendum has met the desire of the population and the zeitgeist of the upheaval with pinpoint accuracy. Because not only many Greens are severely disappointed by their representatives in the government. Also with them Blacks, who often vehemently distance themselves from “turquoise”., it’s already bubbling up. That this government will disintegrate is becoming clearer by the day. The only question that remains is “when?”. It can be signed referendum only until June 27, 2022.
