Real Madrid will most likely have to do without David Alaba in the last league game of the season. The Viennese was missing today, Thursday, in the final training session. This means that the ÖFB team player should not be in the home game against Betis Sevilla on Friday either. Alaba returned to team training on Tuesday, but then skipped the Wednesday session again.
Most recently, Alaba (29) played for Real Madrid in the semi-final first leg against Manchester City on April 26. But because of muscle problems, he had to be substituted at the break. It is not yet clear if he will be able to play against Liverpool in the Champions League final on May 28 at the Stade de France. With David Alaba, the royals were able to secure the championship title in Spain early on. Now the royals also want the trophy in the Champions League.
