The news is already three weeks old, but in the light of today’s decision by the German Federal Constitutional Court it is absolutely necessary to mention it again. In India, the world’s largest democracy, constitutional judges have concluded that compulsory vaccination is inadmissible. Taking into account the constitution, no citizen should be forced to be vaccinated and everyone has the right to refuse a vaccination.
The May 2nd decision in India is in complete contrast to the May 19th decision in Germany. The Indian Supreme Court, led by Justices Nageswara Rao and Gavai, had ruled that no one in India should be forced to be vaccinated. The Indian Constitution gives everyone the right to refuse vaccination.
“Considering bodily autonomy, bodily integrity is protected by Article 21. Nobody can be forced to be vaccinated. [Aber] the government can regulate in areas of bodily autonomy,” the jury ruled.

The procedure in India must have been the horror for “vaccine manufacturers”. Because it was said that vaccines had not been adequately tested. Disclosure of data from clinical trials and any side effects resulting from mass vaccination campaigns against Covid-19 was requested. Such topics are avoided as far as possible in Europe, especially in Germany and Austria. Anyone who requests such data is insulted and denounced – it is not uncommon for this to end in job loss.
The court should, it writes “Nationalnews” in a row, actually have ordered the publication of all data (!) without further delay.
“Regarding the secrecy of data on vaccine trials, subject to the privacy of individuals, all trials that have been conducted and those that are to be conducted, all data must be released to the public without further delay.”

In India have been since the beginning of vaccination campaigns sprayed no fewer than 1.89 billion doses of vaccine. In-house developments from India were also used. In India, vaccinations for children aged 5 and over were also approved this April. Numbers and data on side effects and deaths close to vaccinations are not yet available – but can be expected with great excitement after this court ruling.
