The climate activist Martha Krumpeck, who has already caused a stir with a hunger strike lasting several weeks, glued herself to the street in front of a school in the Stubenbastei in downtown Vienna on Monday. “I can’t see the dreams of our youth being sacrificed to the fossil craze,” Krumpeck said in a broadcast.
According to the executive, after the activist had been removed from the street by emergency services, she was taken to the Brandstätte police station and brought before a medical officer. Then she left the police station again.
