The Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig has yesterday Monday dealt with the Covid vaccination requirement for soldiers: This has been in force since November 2021. Two officers of the Air Force are fighting against it – they received support from Professor Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, who acted as expert witness.
Above all, the two soldiers see their basic right to physical integrity violated by the compulsory vaccination. On November 24, 2021, the Ministry of Defense included the Covid vaccination as mandatory in the general regulations for the central service regulation “Vaccination and other prophylactic measures”. It also requires vaccinations against hepatitis, measles, rubella, mumps and influenza. However, these vaccines do not use poorly researched mRNA technology.
A reporter from #TeamWallasch was there and reported. According to her, the lawyers and doctors in the Bundeswehr seemed more ill-prepared than well-prepared apparently unconcernedly propagated vaccination as a highly effective means of reducing the number of infections. While the vaccination rate in the Bundeswehr, at 94 percent, is significantly higher than in the general population, it was recorded at around 60,000 Covid cases among the 183,638 soldiers However, there is also a significantly higher incidence, which already raises considerable doubts about this pro-vaccination argument.
Apparently, the Bundeswehr only reported 47 cases of vaccination side effects to the Paul Ehrlich Institute. A soldier died after the vaccination. However, the considerable under-recording of vaccination side effects in Germany has long since been considered a fact: A Charité study revealed an underreporting of 70 to 85 percent. In addition, the reporter from #TeamWallasch according to which a Bundeswehr doctor found that in the case of minor complications after the Covid vaccination, a delay in reporting to the PEI of up to two years can be assumed.
First came as an expert for the plaintiff side Data analyst Tom Lausen on, which referred to the data of the German company health insurance funds. According to these, vaccination side effects increased disproportionately in 2021. Lausen’s conclusion is clear: side effects are also significantly under-recorded in the Bundeswehr. He also found that from January 1, 2022 to date, employees in Germany were more often on sick leave because of vaccination reactions than because of Covid-19.
Prof. Bhakdi: “Corona vaccination is a cardinal crime against humanity”
After Laus, Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi had his say, and in his remarks he first referred to the Nuremberg Code. Medical experiments must therefore always be voluntary and must be stopped in the event of harmful effects. In Bhakdi’s opinion, the Covid vaccination does not meet any criteria for a meaningful, protective vaccination. He believes that the fact that 20,000 people vaccinated in the approval study had no side effects was simply fake. The microbiologist, whose scientific expertise was always appreciated until he dared to criticize the corona vaccines, warned early on of the possible consequences of the vaccination – and was right, because countless vaccinated people actually suffered severe autoimmune reactions after the Covid shot.
In court, Prof. Bhakdi pointed out that humans have natural immune cells that protect them against the corona virus. The Covid vaccines, on the other hand, are simply ineffective – which makes the side effects of the supposed “vaccines” all the more devastating. Sucharit Bhakdi appealed to the Bundeswehr representatives that they could do their country a great service by dropping compulsory vaccination in the Bundeswehr. “Corona vaccination is a cardinal crime against humanity” quotes him #TeamWallasch.
Then the pathologist came Prof. Arne Burkhardt to speak, who has already been able to bring many explosive scientific findings to light about the negative consequences of vaccinations through autopsies.
Negotiations continue in June
There was no verdict yesterday: Due to open questions, another hearing will take place on June 7th. This is to be viewed positively, as the critical lawyer Dr. Beate Bahner notes, who is part of the two soldiers’ legal team: No hasty judgment was passed against the soldiers; further critical data can be presented in June. Meanwhile, the presiding judge emphasized that a decision will only apply to the two officers due to the special nature of the law on military complaints. In total, the court had received about ten complaints from soldiers from different areas.
If the officers were to be right in the end, the signal effect would be immense: This would also show once again that the highly controversial facility-related vaccination requirement must finally be abolished.
