Even early in the morning at 5.30 a.m. Robert Kratky, the nation’s wake-up caller, has very good things to say on Ö3: When Elon Musk was discussing the purchase of the social media platform Twitter, Kratky immediately took his ORF colleague Armin Wolf on the Shovel. The ZiB2 moderator, who after all has more than 553,000 followers on Twitter, often criticizes ÖVP politicians or other industry colleagues who do not write the way he wants.
“If Elon Musk bought Twitter – then Armin Wolf is now working for Elon Musk?” the Ö3 star alluded to Wolf’s intensively cultivated, conflict-loving social media presence, which the ORF leadership apparently tolerates.
As reported, Armin Wolf also lost a court case against eXXpress: He had the legal fees, which he was then obliged to pay, paid by the ORF, i.e. also by all GIS customers. The ORF management considered this procedure to be correct, although Wolf himself pursued this lawsuit.
