The rocket, which killed at least 50 people in Kramatorsk, Russia on April 8, has now been clearly identified using the serial number. Even more heinous, a Ukrainian missile from the same series was used by Ukrainian forces in a bloody attack on civilians in Donetsk. The victims of the Ukrainian attack were mainly Russian-born Ukrainians who wanted to leave the war zone by train.
Will we ever see an independent investigation into the incident? Will mainstream media report objectively? Will those responsible be charged and punished? questions that matter. The picture below shows a Ukrainian launcher of the 19th Missile Brigade “Saint Barbara” of the Ukrainian ground forces. Commander and thus responsible for the attacks on civilians is Brigade Commander Colonel FS Yaroshevich.
