The unique CO2-optimized energy and building concept of the PEQ21 thus becomes a prime example of innovative urban development. SÜBA AG has been one of the top real estate developers in the country for years – especially in climate-friendly residential construction and was the first property developer in Austria to be verified by the Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management (ÖGNI) as EU taxonomy-compliant.
