“Go over it” and “go by” the will and needs of the people is the motto in Austria. It also fits well that the SPÖ Corona hardliner Rendi Wagner recently not only showed chancellor ambitions but repeatedly emphasized the importance of compulsory vaccination. The black-green federal government has quietly and secretly changed and tightened the compulsory vaccination law (also called compulsory vaccination law).
A comment by Willi Huber
In a detailed podcast, the two lawyers Höllwarth & Scheer, who are critical of the measures, recently pointed out a current change in the Austrian Covid legislation. Accordingly, the laws seem to be constantly being improved in order to tighten them. There is no discernible political will to let the law expire – quite the contrary.
So the sharp blade of compulsory vaccination, which has been cast into law, continues to hover over the inhabitants of Austria.
The tightening of the law is tough, but has not been picked up by the mass media. That could probably collide with the princely subsidy policy.
exemptions
With the amendment to the law, the exception certificates may also be processed by “public security services”, previously only the district authorities were allowed to do so. What about the phrase “The public security service must not be authenticated.” is meant, can only be assumed: should officials who check exception certificates be anonymous and therefore not prosecutable under civil service law? Höllwarth and Scheer suspect that there could also be an incorrect wording and that what is meant is that the police are not allowed to examine the document for authenticity. Fuzzy formulations in Corona regulations have not been uncommon in recent years.
Responsibility transferred to countries
The new Health Minister Rauch (Greens) apparently likes to issue regulations in an autocratic manner, but then delegate implementation to the federal states. We have the description of a video conference between Rauch and the state health councils of the states. Rauch is said to have said that he didn’t care which means the countries used to implement his wishes, they simply had to do it. The topic was the reduction of free PCR tests to five per person – a project for which there is no technical basis. An ÖVP health councilor then told him in front of all the participants that he could “lick them all on the ass”. From the coalition peace that has been painstakingly maintained, there seems to be a transition to open war.
In any case, Rauch has legally obliged the provincial governors to ensure the necessary data protection in relation to people and documents for the implementation of compulsory vaccination.
Blackmailing of all grant recipients
In any case, the blackmail method that has been tried and tested so far and has been used primarily against entrepreneurs and innkeepers is being continued: anyone who did not fully comply with the Corona regulations has already been threatened with full repayment of all subsidies. This was retrospectively (!) also written into the law of March 18: If a company does not comply with the 3G rules in operation, the subsidies will have to be repaid. This is an existential threat to any business affected – As with many other measures, legal and constitutional conformity can certainly be questioned.
