McDonald’s is struggling with delivery problems – some products are sold out
In addition to numerous companies, the fast-food chain McDonalds is now also affected by delivery bottlenecks – even hamburgers are partially sold out. Contrary to initial assumptions, the Ukraine war is not to blame.
A number of companies are currently struggling with delivery bottlenecks – the popular fast food chain McDonald’s has been one of them for a week. In some branches it is currently no longer possible to order breakfast – even ham and cheeseburgers have already been sold out at individual locations. Contrary to initial assumptions, however, the Ukraine war is not responsible for this.
“Mainly breakfast products affected”
“We had operational problems with the logistics chain. Unfortunately, not all restaurants could be supplied as planned,” said McDonald’s spokesman Wilhelm Baldia when asked by the daily newspaper “Heute”.
According to the spokesman, breakfast products and the McCafé are mainly affected. “By the end of the week, all products should be available again in all restaurants in Austria,” says Baldia.
