The newspaper “Heute” published by a Young Global Leader celebrated it with relish. The organizer of numerous rallies against mania for measures and compulsory vaccination, Florian Ortner, remains in custody – among other things because he farted next to a police officer. The verdict was 12 months – four of them unconditionally. A strange spectacle – perhaps also to “educate” other opponents of the measures.
On March 15, the trial against the well-known demo organizer and organic gardener Florian Ortner finally took place. The resistant Linzer was sentenced in the first instance to four months unconditional imprisonment. He is likely to have served most of it during his custody since January 17th. An assessment of the case is difficult, as many important details about the background that led to the indictment are not yet known. Should the court actually base the prison sentence on the fact that Ortner had “farted” next to a police officer, it would be scandalous. The alleged “threat” against officials also seems constructed. However, more can only be said when the written judgment is available.
Please also note our previous reports:
Ortner is said to have been accused of defamation, dangerous threats, false testimony, slander and insult in court. In none of these offenses is it really understandable why unconditional detention is necessary – unless he has several previous convictions. However, we have no information on this.
The “Heute” quotes the accusation of “dangerous threats” as follows: Ortner threatened officials who were handling administrative criminal proceedings against him with the words: “You would be well advised to stop all illegal and criminal activities with immediate effect”. However, that would be absurd and probably cannot be the whole truth. We suspect behind the harsh actions of the judiciary that the trained chef was assigned to the camp of “Reich citizens” and “refusers to the state”. against which an extraordinarily tough program is traditionally run.
At a carnival demonstration in Rohrbach, Ortner is also said to have “farted” on a police officer – however you can imagine that in practice. We learned from interviews with Ortner and other witnesses that a police officer from Rohrbach is said to have made it his personal task to “hunt down” the opponent of the measures. There was said to have been harassment and repression time and again. Ortner would often have been followed for dozens of kilometers by car before he could be accused of an offense – at least that’s his view of things.
Long prison sentences for opponents of measures also in Vienna
Also on March 10, two opponents of the measures were in Vienna sentenced to imprisonment (15 months probation, not final). They were accused of trivializing the mass extermination of Jews during the Nazi regime because they wore Jewish stars on their robes at demonstrations. One can only recommend every participant in Corona demos to choose a different symbolism. There are certainly sufficient arguments against vaccination and measures that do not have to be expressed with Jewish stars – especially if you are familiar with the current case law of the judiciary. But the opinion of affected Jews is also important: Do you also want to accuse us of playing down the Shoah?
At this point we expressly mention our policy of never wanting to touch extremists of any kind. The hostilities of a certain type of people have still not faded away, because we did not want to offer a stage to an innkeeper who held events with a former neo-Nazi with multiple criminal records (a note on our own behalf: Report 24 does not give a stage to extremists of all kinds).
