Report 24 reported several times on the list of questions from the renowned chemistry professors – first to Ugur Sahin and Biontech, now to the regulator, the German PEI. The fact that the long text also contains some legally highly explosive passages has probably escaped the public notice so far. The “special conditions” for the clinical studies would not have been complied with.
These professors will not give up until they get satisfactory answers to your questions: Prof. Dr. Jörg Matysik, Analytical Chemistry, University of Leipzig, Prof. Dr. Gerald Dyker, Organic Chemistry, Ruhr University Bochum. Prof. Dr. Andreas Schnepf, Inorganic Chemistry, University of Tübingen, Prof. Dr. Tobias Unruh, Condensed Matter Physics, Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Prof. Dr. Martin Winkler, Materials and Process Engineering, Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
Has it ever been researched whether vaccines promote cancer development?
So far, people have been reluctant to make accusations and conclusions, but the questions have many implications. It seems that there have been hardly any studies on whether the “vaccines” as a whole – or even controversial auxiliary substances such as nanolipids – possibly promote the development of cancer.
The current list of questions to the PEI (Report24 reported) ends with this controversial question:
Do you intend to carry out an emergency procedure or, according to Art. 20 Para. 4 of Regulation No. 726/2004/EC, to request notification of the EU Commission about non-compliance with the special conditions for clinical studies? Do you intend to order the suspension of the authorization and the recall of medicinal products that have already been delivered until a decision is made in the context of the emergency procedure / procedure according to Article 20 (4) of Regulation 726/2004/EC?
This relates to REGULATION (EC) No. 726/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL of March 31, 2004 laying down community procedures for the approval and supervision of medicinal products for human and veterinary use and establishing a European Medicines Agency – https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:02004R0726-20130605&from=NL.
Suspension of emergency admission requested
So the scientists are calling for nothing less than an immediate suspension of approvals for the mRNA vaccines. The reason for this is that, in their opinion, the “special conditions” that were formulated with regard to emergency admission are not being complied with. On the other hand, Biontech claims to have fulfilled these requirements very well. In order to be able to check this, the transmission of the test protocols, their evaluation, the assessment report from the EMA and a Commission decision are now being requested. It is quite possible that legal action will have to be taken to obtain all these documents in the future. But simply “believing” Biontech that everything would be fine could prove fatal for some people’s health – and the legislator would be obliged to protect the lives of citizens to the best of their knowledge and belief.
