Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano is known for his criticism of the Vatican as a servant of the New World Order and has also made very negative comments in the past about excessive Covid measures and compulsory vaccination. On March 7, he dedicated a very long one to the Ukraine war Briefin which he clearly blames NATO, the “deep state” in the United States and the EU for the outbreak of the war.
In Vigano’s view, Putin has been cornered by an aggressive US-backed NATO trying to escalate the conflict for its own benefit. He sees it as an attempt to establish a New World Order based on economic interests and progressivism. In addition to the American Deep State, the United Nations, NATO, the International Monetary Fund, the European Union and billionaire philanthropists such as George Soros and Bill Gates are also involved. He sees the Ukrainian President Zelenskyy as a puppet of the EU and the World Economic Forum, and the image of him conveyed by the media as a fictitious artifact.
War legitimizes new restrictions and regulations

The censorship imposed on Russian broadcasters is clearly aimed at preventing the official account from being contradicted by facts. But while Western media saw images of the War Thunder video game (here), Frames from the movie Star Wars (here), explosions in China (here), videos of military parades (here), recordings from Afghanistan (here), Roms U-Bahn (here) or pictures of mobile crematoria (here) show and pass them off as real and actual scenes of the war in Ukraine, reality is ignored, because it has already been decided to provoke conflict as a weapon of mass diversion legitimizing new restrictions on freedoms in Western nations, following the Great Reset plans of the World Economic Forum and the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
It is obvious that beyond the problems that diplomacy can solve, the Ukrainian people are victims of it global coup d’état being carried out by supranational powers that do not intend peace between nations but the establishment of the tyranny of the New World Order. Just a few days ago, Ukrainian MP Kira Rudik, while holding a Kalashnikov, told Fox News: “We know that we are fighting not only for Ukraine, but also for the New World Order.”
The human rights violations in Ukraine repeatedly denounced by Putin and the crimes of the neo-Nazi militias could not find a political solution because they were planned and fueled by the globalist elite with the participation of the European Union, NATO and the American Deep State, with an anti-Russian Tone aimed at making a war inevitable. Its goal, especially in Europe, is the enforced introduction of energy rationing (here), travel restrictions, the replacement of paper money with electronic money (here and here) and the introduction of digital IDs (here and here). We are not talking about theoretical projects. These are decisions that are to be made concretely at European level and in individual countries.
Europeans: “Tagged with QR codes like animals”
Vigano strongly criticizes the development of the states of the European Union. Against this background, he urgently warns the Ukrainian people against trying to join the EU:
Let the Ukrainian people see what happened to the European Union nations: The mirage of prosperity and security is shattered by contemplating the rubble left behind by the euro and Brussels’ lobbies. nations invaded by illegal immigrants who encourage crime and prostitution; destroyed in their social fabric by politically correct ideologies; knowingly bankrupted by reckless economic and fiscal policies; driven into poverty by the abolition of labor and social security protection; robbed of their future by the destruction of the family and the moral and intellectual corruption of the new generations.
What were once prosperous and independent nations, diverse in their respective ethnic, linguistic, cultural and religious characteristics, have now turned into a shapeless mass of people without ideals, without hopes, without faith and even without the strength to oppose the abuses and to respond to the crimes of those who govern them. A mass of corporate clients, slaves to the system of granular control imposed by the pandemic farce, even in the face of all the evidence of fraud. A mass of people with no individual identity, tagged with QR codes like animals in a mass farm, like products in a huge shopping mall. If this has been the result of the renunciation of the national sovereignty of all nations – each one, without exception! – who have confided in the colossal fraud of the European Union, why should it be any different in Ukraine?
Vigano does not approve of Putin’s combat operations, either urges him not to give in to the provocations of the West and thus thwart the plan of the globalists.
