Those affected are said to be mainly people over 70 years old who visited the Friesland vaccination center in Schortens-Roffhausen between March 5th and April 20th. However, employees of hospices and mobile nursing services, educators and doctors were also vaccinated during the period in question.
The defendant stated that she wanted to cover up the fact that she had dropped an ampoule. A four-eyes principle was then introduced in the Lower Saxony vaccination centers to avoid such cases in the future. The woman was released after the case became known. eXXpress reported.
