War in Ukraine: Putin calls for a coup in Kiev

Russian President Vladimir Putin described the government in Kiev as a “gang of drug addicts and neo-Nazis”. In a TV speech, he called on the Ukrainian army to take power and overthrow the Ukrainian president: “Negotiations between you and us would be easier.”
