Quote: “The new law provides for three phases and in the second phase from March 15th random checks will be carried out and if you cannot present proof of vaccination, then you will be fined. And it stays that way, that is the current legal situation.”
This was followed a little later by the revocation of this statement by means of a written “clarification”. On Saturday afternoon, the Green Minister expressly emphasized the flexibility that the Vaccination Act offers in the implementation of compulsory vaccination. The Commission will present its report by March 8th. Quote: “If this report contains new recommendations on the start dates of the phases provided for in the law, then these must be evaluated politically and decisions made accordingly.”
