We live in a time where law and order are not even perceived as “friendly recommendations” anymore. There is an organized, intentional breach of the law, especially with regard to the constitution, human and fundamental rights. The next right to be trampled on is that of education. The left in particular, who have been campaigning for a permeable, equal opportunity education system for decades, are now rejoicing that education should only be available to those who have been vaccinated with genes.
A comment by Willi Huber
From the coming summer semester, the Vienna University of Economics and Business will also be introducing a 2G rule after the University of Klagenfurt. Only people who have endured gene therapy – or those who have recovered for a limited period of time – are then allowed to study. The Austrian Students’ Union (ÖH), which is close to left-wing radicalism, is calling for 2G at all universities, and the chairmen of the university senates are calling for a nationwide uniform regulation.
When the semester vaccination is more important than the semester exam
Usual “neutral” formulated Lisa Nimmervoll for the standardthat the WU “is now creating clarity”. Please close your eyes for a moment and imagine a horde of dreadlocked left-wing students smoking pot kneeling in front of Parliament and chanting: “State, you are so good to us! Inoculate us, O wise and almighty state! Poke us with the needle every three months, we don’t question! We promise to always be obedient subjects.” That is exactly what is happening at the moment, and the central organ of the left, the Standard, is also willing to play along.
The demand for compulsory vaccination for students is also why extremely shabby, because this age group has been shown to be almost entirely unaffected by the risks of Covid-19 – as all international studies show. A severe course without previous illnesses is completely unthinkable – the vaccines currently used offer no protection against infection or transmission of the disease, so the pseudo-argument of solidarity is no longer applicable.
Nothing is above fundamental rights
Of course, no ordinance, no simple law and no arbitrarily enacted university house rule can ever stand above fundamental and human rights. Everyone involved knows that, so it is also clear that a deliberate breach of the law is being committed here. If society is not led into a dictatorship, everyone involved must be aware that such a breach of the law will have consequences.
Anyone who wants to be amazed at which fundamental rights have already been abolished in Austria can look at the List of exemplary fundamental rights Read through at oesterreich.gv.at. In the meantime, fundamental rights that have not been violated have become a rarity – the pretext is a pandemic, the existence of which is now doubted by many.
