Last summer Arnie cycled to the “Austrian World Summit” in Vienna at the Spanish Riding School – to discuss environmental issues there. At the weekend, the “Terminator” star had a little more horses under his butt: 426 hp rolled over the quietly humming Toyota Prius of a driver on the famous Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Arnie has also cycled through Southern California with climate activist Greta Thunberg. The former governor has been fighting climate change for years and wants to convince as many people as possible to drive less. Schwarzenegger himself drove his 8-cylinder GMC Yukon (130,000 euros) at the weekend. In urban areas, the monstrous five-meter-long SUV consumes 16 liters of petrol.
