Against a school in southern Styria Leibnitz there was a threat Tuesday morning. After a short time, a student was questioned as a possible suspect, and a little later a second boy was found. The executive was alerted by the mother of one of the two young people. She overheard a telephone conversation in which the 15-year-old boy spoke about the planned attack.
The young people had planned a killing spree based on the American model. According to the daily newspaper Heute, one of the two was recently expelled from school, and revenge as a motive cannot be ruled out. The operation ended at nine o’clock, and students were never endangered.
