A pointed reply to the latest statements by the controversial “World Medical President” Frank Ulrich Montgomery has been circulating on social media for a few days. The Berlin lawyer Stefan Koslowski has burst his collar after the latest statements from Montgomery that there will be no more mass walks in the future. He sharply rebukes the doctor and explains the actual legal situation to him.
Letter to the World Medical Presidents Prof. Dr. Frank Ulrich Montgomery
Dear World Medical President,
please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Stefan Koslowski, I work as a lawyer throughout Germany with a focus on criminal law. Some people also call me the world attorney president. Unfortunately, I don’t have the chutzpah to adorn myself with such a fantasy title.
I will be in touch with you today to ask you – very confidentially, from world star to world star – a few questions about your latest announcement. Today’s WORLD quotes you with the words: “There will be no more mass walks.” I don’t quite understand this statement from a legal point of view. I ask myself: how did you come to say something like that?
I mean, from a human point of view, I can fully understand that, as you recognize a certain “narcissism” in yourself. It is of course good to have “cut one out” again, with pithy and strong words. To see the photo of your own likeness in the newspaper, huh, that certainly feels good.
But please forgive me for having to tell you that from a legal point of view you conjured up a few question marks on my face: The first question a lawyer asked is always about jurisdiction. Now I have thoroughly studied law, have completed both state law exams with distinction and have been working in legal professions for a long time. But I haven’t been able to determine the responsibility of the “World Medical President” anywhere. Does the constitutional body “World Medical President” appear in our Basic Law? If not: why not? Is what you disrespectfully call “mass walks”, but in truth nothing more than an assembly that enjoys fundamental rights protection under Article 8 of our Basic Law.
According to Article 8 (2) of the Basic Law, this right can be restricted by law or on the basis of a law for meetings in the open air. Are you the responsible legislative body there? Then I must not have paid attention when the state organization rights were given in the first semester!
But a man of your stature certainly doesn’t care about trivial things like responsibilities. How about if you take over the world domination in addition to the world medical presidency? The way you are built is sure to produce something good.
Well, now I want to close. I have strained your time long enough, which is certainly very short producing headlines and attending press appointments. In order to be able to relax with all the stress, I would like to recommend some good music to relax in, namely the song “Nur Kurz die Welt save” by Tim Bendzko.
With great respect,
Your Stefan Koslowski
PS: But then I still have one question: how do you actually become World Medical President? What sets you apart from other doctors? I worked my way through your résumé very meticulously (I don’t want to say “tormented”) and looked for publications from your pen. Unfortunately, despite a dedicated search, I couldn’t find anything. Could you help me with that too?
