On Epiphany the Cobra went to the train station. Two groups of ten migrants each had got into an argument. Three people involved were injured, one of them seriously. According to the police, several shots were fired. Knives were also used. The situation had escalated to such an extent that even the train traffic had to be stopped.
The suspects (according to “NÖN” Syrians, Chechens and others) ran away in all directions. However, the officers were able to catch up with and arrest several men.
According to the police, the situation was quickly under control, neither officers nor other passers-by were endangered by the two groups. Those arrested are currently being questioned and surveillance videos are being evaluated.
