Russia blames foreign forces for the unrest in Kazakhstan. The Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that it was a foreign-controlled attempt to violently subvert the security and integrity of the country. Russia and its partners would discuss further steps with Kazakhstan.
The government in Moscow has already sent parachutists to Kazakhstan as part of a partnership. On Wednesday, Russia had declared that no one was allowed to intervene in Kazakhstan’s affairs from outside.
