For a year, Hollywood superhero Sylvester Stallone (75) tried to sell his mansion in the celebrity enclave Beverly Park. Vain. 110 million dollars was even too much for Sly’s colleagues from Reich & Schön. Then England’s pop superstar Adele came along – and offered “only” 58 million dollars. A cheek as many find, after all, Stallone’s luxury hut has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a fitness room, a sauna, a steam bath, an infinity pool, a cigar room, a cinema, a bar, an art studio and a two-story guest house – and all of that on 3.6 hectares.
Nevertheless: Sylvester Stallone wants to get rid of the villa in which he lived with his wife Jennifer Calvin (53) and daughters Sistine Rose (23), Sophia Rose (25) and Scarlet Rose (19) until a year ago at all costs . The negotiations are already in the “escrow” phase. This means that the money has already been deposited in an escrow account. Now Stallone just has to give his final okay – and the mega-luxury property belongs to Adele.
