The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, gave a Press conference on December 1st, 2021 known a discussion on the Compulsory vaccination in the EU wanting to lead. The MEPs around Cristian Terheș from Romania accepted the invitation to debate and clearly rejected the project.
“What kind of Europe do we want?” Asked Cristian Terheş in the Press conference on November 24th. “A tyrannical one in which the basic rights are granted as privileges by an unelected bureaucracy?” He stated: That Digital Covid Certificate is only the first of several steps already discussed – keywords European Digital Identity Wallet and European Social Security Pass – that are suitable to create a system to monitor, control and condition the rights of all European citizens under the guise of “relief”. Report24 reported: ‘Europe between democracy and dictatorship: EU parliamentarians in the fight against the green passport’
A few days later, the EU parliamentarians followed suit and spoke with reference to the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union clearly against an EU-wide Covid vaccination obligation. The press conference on December 8th, 2021 can be viewed here:
The statements made by the participants are summarized below.
No more freedom of choice in Italy
Francesca Donato, Italy:
She describes the situation in her home country. There, the government implemented mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations for all employees in the health and education system and in the labor market as well as for the army, police and fire brigade. The immune status of a person is not taken into accountvaccination is mandatory 6 months after the positive swab test, even for those who have recovered. In addition, with a few exceptions, people with a contraindication are not exempt from the obligation to vaccinate.
The green pass, released for vaccinated and convalescent people for a period of 6 months, is also required by all people aged 12 and over to access restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters and public events. The green basic pass is available using a Covid rapid test. It is required in all public transport as well as schools, universities and in workplaces in the public and private sector where a Covid vaccination is not required.
In Italy there is no longer any freedom of choice regarding personal medical treatment. If people do not consent to the Covid vaccination, they risk losing their job, freedom of travel and the right to education. Many teenagers, the MP reported, suffer from myocarditis and pericarditis. Several died of sudden heart attacks, cerebral haemorrhage, or of unknown causes during sleep immediately after the injection. Because the EMA and the Italian health authorities have approved the Pfizer vaccination on the basis of a study with 1500 children and a follow-up lasting a few weeks, vaccinations for 5 to 11 year olds are now starting.
Any consideration of compulsory vaccination must be rejected!
In other European countries the situation is similar or even worse:
- In Latvia, unvaccinated members of parliament are not allowed to take part in debates or in elections.
- In Greece, the government proposed a fine of 100 euros per month for all people over 60 years of age who refuse to receive the Covid vaccination.
- In Austria there is a lockdown for unvaccinated people. The planned law on mandatory vaccination for everyone provides for fines of up to 7,200 euros or, alternatively, imprisonment of up to 6 weeks for those who are not vaccinated against Covid-19.
According to Donato, the EU should reject any consideration of compulsory vaccination and discrimination against unvaccinated people, as the Council of Europe has already done in its resolution 2361/21. Compulsory vaccination would be a betrayal of the basic principles of the EU and its values of freedom, equality and the protection of human rights. From that day on, it would be a shame to be a member of the European Union. The EU now has to decide whether it will remain a democratic system or not. The commission is open to a dictatorial transformation. It will be seen how the Council will decide. The EU parliamentarian: “We are here to restore the Union for Freedom and Human Rights. Not for shame. “
Fight for the right to live in a free world!
Stasys Jakeliunas, Lithuania:
He agrees with various experts who consider the pandemic to be PCR-Test-Pandemic denote, match. Statistical data are manipulated in order to induce a “pandemic of fear” to induce all people, including children, to get vaccinated. Aside from the Commission President’s proposal to discuss an EU-wide Covid vaccination obligation, there is often one already.
Science, said the honorable Member, arises from an open debate. He misses this in connection with Covid matters. It is mostly suppressed by the media and censored by global networks.
Jakeliuna’s parents were political prisoners under the Stalin regime. They were banished from their homeland. The EU parliamentarian is well aware of censorship and control from the USSR. Originally it was inconceivable for him that he would experience such endeavors again.
Those scientists and data that Jakeliunas trusts do not suggest that all people need a Covid-19 vaccination. There is no statistical risk for the virus up to the age of 50.
In the event that the dangerous, creeping efforts of censorship continue, one will find oneself in what can be called “global China”, “global Soviet Union” or “global digital Covid country”. The name itself does not matter – in any case, it will no longer be a free world. For this free world and the right to live in it must now be fought.
Compulsory compliance is neither legitimate nor democratic
Christine Anderson, Germany:
She thanked the EU parliamentarians for the overwhelming support they received and called for changes to be made about what constitutes a legitimate government. Governments that force people to submit are neither legitimate nor democratic or interested in health: “You know, pharmaceutical companies are about as interested in public health as the arms industry is in world peace.”
Anderson warns, citing the philosopher Heraclitus of Ephesus („Because of its unbelievability, the truth eludes recognition“) From taking a carefree stance towards the government. Even if it seems inconceivable that they have bad intentions against their own citizens, it must be conceded that this is exactly the case. She points out that decisions made affect not only oneself, but also children and grandchildren, because they shape the society in which they will then live: “Your decision today will dictate whether your children will live in a free and democratic society or whether they will be exposed to a surveillance state.“
Anderson himself will fight for a free and democratic society by all means. She urges the government to get started. She is not afraid: “You will not be able to silence me. You won’t be able to force me to obey. ”Neither will attempts at bribery pay off. The EU parliamentarian closes her speech with the words Margaret Thatcher: “This lady won’t turn back. That’s something you can rely on.”
Fundamental rights are inalienable. As simple as that.
Ivan Vilibor Sonny, Croatia:
His answer to Ursula von der Leyen’s proposal to discuss an EU-wide mandatory Covid-19 vaccination is simply: No. Such cannot be ordered. Data and science have shown that the effectiveness of Covid vaccinations is far less than originally promised. In contrast, the number of their side effects is far higher than that of all other vaccinations combined – over a period of several decades. Accordingly, the questionable quality of these products prohibits their mandatory use.
It is unacceptable to pay ransom every six months to get back freedom and basic human rights that were previously stolen. Sinčić: “Our rights are inalienable. Nobody can take it away from us. It’s that simple. We don’t accept anything else. “
At the beginning of November, the Green Vaccination Pass was introduced in the public sector in Croatia, immediately followed by strong and still growing opposition. For its part, the Croatian government increased the pressure by discussing penalties for refusing to implement the Green Passport. Sinčić assumes that the Croatian government will not oppose the Commission President’s instructions.
The Slovenian Constitutional Court ruled that the government’s decision that only those who have recovered and who have been vaccinated are allowed to enter their workplaces was unconstitutional. The EU parliamentarian sees this as an important victory in terms of fundamental rights for all of Europe. Laws and human rights are still in force, but they must be defended on all fronts (legal, activist, scientific, …). “And that is what we will continue to do,” concludes Sinčić.

The compulsory vaccination debate is an attack on the existence of the EU
Cristian Terheș, Romania:
He recalls that those 150 million EU nationals who have not yet been vaccinated against Covid-19 are not just a statistical number, but rather individuals – just like those who have already received the vaccination. In total, there are 450 million people with fundamental rights. All of these individuals are free to choose whether or not to seek medical treatment.
Terheș regards the press conference Ursula von der Leyens as Turning point for western civilization within the European Union. This is not defined geographically, but via its values or basic rights. People from all parts of the world try to get to Europe in order to find that freedom here that is often denied to them in their home countries.
“What we heard on December 1st is a game changer for everything that has to do with the European Union,” emphasized the EU parliamentarian. Since Von der Leyens Appointed President of the European Commission Two and a half years ago, the member states experienced constant attacks on their sovereignty. However, the fact that the fundamental rights of every single EU citizen are now also being called into question is unprecedented.
Terheș asks how much power and decision-making power should the unelected bureaucrats of the European Commission be given. He evaluates Von der Leyen’s call for a debate on the EU-wide Covid vaccination obligation as Attack on the very existence of the European Union – the one in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights listed rights are independent of any institutions.
According to the honorable Member, this matter is not a question of political preference, but rather a question of right or wrong. Terheș announces further press conferences in the new year and thanks all participants and supporters of the Brussels Freedom March on December 5th: „Do not be afraid. We are here to fight for you. Merry Christmas and God save you. “
