“It becomes critical when people resolve objections to the penal orders. Then we would have to go through the due process and then it would be complicated and tedious. I assume that unvaccinated people who are punished in the abbreviated procedure will raise 99 percent objection to the sentence ”, said the district captain.
The Ministry of Health expects up to a million objections to penalties across Austria. Constitutional Minister Karoline Edtstadler (ÖVP) takes a cautious view of this: “Complaints are permissible in a constitutional state. We can be proud that we have the opportunity to defend ourselves against a decision. If that comes out of a title, if you want to boycott someone, then I think that’s a bit dubious. “
