The tragedy of professional athletes who died young just doesn’t want to end. Former Denver Broncos wide receiver and Super Bowl winner Demaryius Thomas has died at the age of just 33.
Thomas was found in his apartment on Friday night.
Thomas was drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2010, won the AFC twice in his career and was nominated for the Pro Bowl five times. The culmination of his career was winning the Super Bowl in 2016. He also holds the record for the most passes caught in the NFL final.
Apart from the Broncos, for which Demariyus Thomas played for eight years, he played for the Houston Texans (2018), New England Patriots (2019) and the New York Jets (2019).
