In a list of its 19 top share investment ideas for 2022, Baader-Bank also recommended the shares of Upper Austrian fiber manufacturer Lenzing with a price target of EUR 149.00. The group should benefit from an expected recovery in viscose prices in the coming year, write the Baader analysts. In their opinion, the EU single-use plastic directive could also have a positive effect for Lenzing. This bans numerous single-use plastic products. As a result, large consumer goods manufacturers could switch their hygiene products from oil-based to viscose-based products, which could result in additional demand for Lenzing.
