Ireland has to extradite criminals to Great Britain despite Brexit

The background to the report are two European arrest warrants issued by Great Britain. The victims were arrested in Ireland. It was argued on their behalf in an Irish court that they were illegally detained because the EU arrest warrant between Ireland and the UK was no longer applicable. The Irish Supreme Court eventually referred the matter to the European Court of Justice.
